Chasing The Perfect Empanada

My name is Pablo and I absolutely love empanadas.

For over a decade, I’ve been chasing the Perfect Empanada. Since I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I decided to craft my own recipes and start this small and humble business.

In November 2021, I started selling my Artisanal Gourmet Empanadas with the vision to be an Innovation leader setting new standards to serve you the most unique, moving and memorable experience possible.

I’m fortunate enough that my daughter Sophia is passionate about our culinary journey, and has joined The Perfect Empanada® as our Vice President of Operations.
